  2. Haluskan bumbu, bawang2ang, bumbu dapur tanah, kemiri & pala (lihat resep).
  3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan bumbu2 cemplung (daun2an, serai & bumbu2 bubuk) tumis lagi, lalu masukkan ayam, aduk2 (lihat resep).
